- 3 units of red pepper
- 1 unit of chives
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 splash of olive oil
How to make Roasted Pepper and Chive Salad:
- We gather all the ingredients to prepare the salad of roasted peppers and chives.
- We wash the peppers with water, rubbing the skin well.
- Cut the spring onion into quarters and arrange it on a baking tray.
- To continue our Roasted Pepper and Chive Salad, we remove the stem from the red pepper and remove the seeds.
- Tip: The best way to remove the stem and seeds is to push the stem into the pepper and then push it out.
- Place the peppers with the spring onions on the baking tray, brush with oil and place in the oven at 120ºC. They have to be approximately an hour on each side.
