Doradas in lemon sauce recipe

Ingredients to make Doradas in lemon sauce:

  • 4 sea breams of 300 gr each, already cleaned
  • 300 gr of chopped tomato
  • salted
  • 5 dl of liquid cream
  • 6 black olives
  • Pepper
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • olive oil
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 lemon

How to make Doradas in lemon sauce:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200º.
  2. Wash and dry the sea breams, season them inside and out.
  3. Put them in a baking dish and spray them with oil.
  4. Put the dish in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Pit and chop the olives.
  6. Brown the peeled garlic cloves in a frying pan with 4 tablespoons of oil.
  7. As soon as the garlic has browned
  8. Add the crushed black olives, the tomato and the liquid cream.
  9. Season to taste and cook for 10 minutes.
  10. Wash and chop the parsley and add it to the sauce
  11. Remove the garlic and complete with abundant julienne cut lemon rind.
  12. Remove the fish and place it on a platter.
  13. Cover it with the sauce and serve it.
