How to make Dorada with tomato sauce
- To start making our recipe for sea bream with tomato sauce, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
- Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into small squares and the leek onion into slices. Reserve these ingredients for later
- Marinate the fillets in soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper and garlic. Reserve the fillets in the fridge or refrigerator to continue with the preparation of the hake with tomato sauce recipe.
- Bring a pot to medium heat, add a little olive oil and fry the tomato and onion with a little salt and pepper to taste. Add two cups of water and let our fresh tomato sauce cook. Add our dried basil and let it boil for approximately 15 minutes. Turn off heat and set aside.
- Fry each of the fillets with their respective marinade until they are at the desired cooking point, remember that the fish are cooked on each side for approximately 5 to 7 minutes, otherwise it will be dry.
- Bring our fresh tomato sauce to a bowl and once it is cold, process until the ingredients are well integrated. Heat our sauce once processed to serve our hake fillets in tomato sauce.
- Serve each of the hake fillets with tomato sauce; do not be alarmed if the tomato sauce is a little green rather than red, this is because the leek onion is very predominant in each preparation that is used. Garnish the plate and sauce with a little paprika on top.
