Ingredients to make meat moussaka without béchamel:

  • 2 medium eggplants
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 4 medium mushrooms
  • 1 bowl of crushed tomato
  • Thyme, oregano and assorted ground peppers
  • sliced ​​cheddar cheese
  • 1 liter of thick cream of potato seasoned with nutmeg, black pepper and salt
  • 500 grams of minced meat

  1. We gather all the ingredients to be able to prepare the meat moussaka without béchamel.
  2. Chop the onion, the garlic cloves, and the mushrooms and first fry the onion with the garlic.
  3. Now add the meat and sauté. Then, we add the tomato, the mushrooms and season to taste. We also incorporate oregano and thyme.
