  • 3 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 handful of chia seeds (optional)

How to make light zucchini cream without cheese (or cheese):

  1. Wash the zucchini, remove the tips and cut them into slices.
  2. Trick: It is not necessary to remove the skin if they are well washed, although if you prefer you can peel them.
  3. Think that the zucchini skin is pure fiber and this is good for our body.
  4. Peel, wash and cut the onion into large pieces
  5. Cook the zucchini and onion for about 20 minutes in a pot with plenty of boiling water and a pinch of salt to keep that bright green color.
  6. We put the two cooked ingredients to make the zucchini cream without potatoes or cheese with the help of a slotted spoon in the electric mixer or, failing that, in a deep container to be able to crush them with the blender.
