Vegetable bags are a quick and cheap option to surprise with the Christmas menu. This appetizer will surprise both those who love vegetables and those who are not fans of them. The crunchy and sweet touch of the filo pastry contrasts with the green touch of the spinach, which on this occasion does not have any dressing other than a little oil.

We offer you this recipe for phyllo pastry bags stuffed with spinach to lighten Christmas excesses with a light and tasty starter.
