- 1 unit of Artichokes
- 80 grams of purple onion

How to make Rice with artichokes:
- Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- Strip the artichokes and remove the fluff from the heart, cut the heart into small pieces and the softest part of some leaves.
- In a pot with oil add the finely chopped artichokes, onion and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes over low heat, season with salt and pepper.
- Add the rice and paprika powder, mix everything very well and sauté for a few minutes.
