Ingredients to make Dorada with anchovy vinaigrette:
- 1 sea bream of 1 kg
- 5 anchovy fillets
- 1 onion
- salted
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 sprig of parsley
- oil
- juice 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar

- parsley leaves
How to make Dorada with anchovy vinaigrette:
- Clean the fish well, removing the scales and entrails; wash it and dry it with a kitchen towel. Finely chop the anchovies, put them in a bowl, water them with the vinegar and lemon juice and mix well. Pour without stopping stirring, 1 glass of oil; salt it, add the parsley and onion, both peeled and finely chopped.
- Place the sea bream in a baking dish, cover it with the previous sauce and place the bay leaves on top
- Put it in the oven and cook it for about 20 minutes, until it is done. Transfer the sea bream to a serving dish, cover it with the sauce and serve it garnished with the anchovy fillets and the parsley leaves.
