Ingredients to make culichi steak:
- 1/2 kilo of fish fillet
- 1/2 cream of any brand
- 3 poblano peppers roasted and deveined
- onion
- a garlic clove
- salt to taste
- 1/4 of Chihuahua cheese and if you like
- a little bouillon
- butter to taste
How to make culichi steak:
