Ingredients to make Creamy Octopus:
- 1 unit of medium octopus
- 1 jar of cream
- 1 unit of medium onion
- 1 cup coriander
- 1 dessert spoon of butter
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
How to make Creamy Octopus:
- Sew the octopus for about 40 minutes and cut into small pieces. Fry the onion, add the octopus and a teaspoon of butter, when golden, add the cream, salt and pepper when ready to serve add a little coriander.
- Accompany the creamed octopus with rice or the preferred accompaniment.
