  • 3 u. hardboiled egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 ounce butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard
  • salted
  • pepper to taste

How to make Croaker in Parsley:
