Ingredients to make Bonito cooked with onion:
- 2 wheels of tuna 3 centimeters thick (600/700 grams)
- 2 onion
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 green country pepper
- 1 glass of txakolí from Getaria
- olive oil
How to make Bonito cooked with onions:
- Cut the onions, half a clove of garlic, and the green pepper.
- Sauté in a frying pan over low heat with olive oil and a glass of txakolí from Guevara (if the latter is not available, a dry white wine of any other denomination).
- When the onion is soft, add the prickly pear, together with the onion.
- Cooking 5 minutes on each side and serve.
