Ingredients to make spinach and white beans wok:
- 1 can of white beans or 400 gr of cooked white beans
- 500 gr of fresh spinach
- Salt
- Pepper
- olive oil
- 1 garlic
How to make Spinach and White Beans Wok:
1.Peel and chop the garlic. Clean and wash the spinach well. If the beans are from a pot, open them and drain them in a colander. Heat the wok with the oil, when you see that it is already added the spinach. Let them cook over high heat, covered, stirring from time to time and making sure they don’t burn. When you see that the spinach is ready, add the cooked white beans and minced garlic, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Let them cook for about five minutes, stirring occasionally. When you see that it is ready, try and rectify the salt if necessary. Serve freshly.
