Cod repápalos are part of traditional Spanish gastronomy, originating from the Extremadura area. In appearance, they are similar to cod croquettes or even meatballs, although their ingredients and final flavor are completely different.

- 200 grams of Bread of several days
- 2 eggs
- 12 black peppercorns
- 3 garlic cloves

How to make Cod Repápalos in sauce:
- In order to make the repápalos dough, it is necessary to soak the cod the day before and change the water twice to desalt it. Once desalted, the next day, we crumble it and reserve a moment.
- Then, we put the bread in the milk and make a not very soft paste. Separately, we crush the garlic, parsley and peppercorns in the mortar to make a mash. Then, we take a bowl and mix the cod, the bread mixture, the matador and the eggs in it to form the repápalos dough.
- To continue with the recipe for pickled cod repápalos, take a frying pan and heat enough olive oil to fry the diced potatoes and the rappels. To cook the repápalos, we take two tablespoons, take portions of dough and introduce it into the hot oil.
