Ingredients to make soy milk:
- 2 cups of soaked beans
- 6 cups of water
- 2 to 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
How to make soy milk:
1. Leave the beans to soak overnight, (keep in mind that for every cup of soaked beans, only 2/3 of a cup of dry beans are needed).
2. Strain the beans to remove the soaking water and then blend by adding 6 cups of water.
3. Place a cotton cloth (thin canvas) over a pot; slowly pour the liquid over the cloth.
4. Once the capacity of the same is filled, take the fabric by the edges and imprison the content to squeeze out the liquid, repeat the operation until finished.
5. Boil until it reaches the first boil, sweeten to taste, and if you wish, add a tablespoon of natural vanilla essence.
