  • 1 cup of brown rice (200 grams)
  • 100 grams of red pepper
  • 100 grams of green zucchini
  • 100 grams of yellow zucchini
  • 100 grams of white onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 unit of chicken breast
  • 1 branch of long onion
  • 1 teaspoon of Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 splash of olive oil

How to make Brown Rice with Vegetables and Chicken:

  1. Before making this healthy rice recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a saucepan, fry the long onion with a finely chopped clove of garlic until soft.
  3. Then, add the brown rice and stir very well, then add 3 cups of hot water and a teaspoon of salt.
  4.  Let cook over high heat until the water evaporates, cover and lower the heat to cook for another 30 minutes.
  5. Apart, in a pot with boiling water, add the previously seasoned chicken breast and cook it for 30 minutes.
  6. Once it is ready, crumble it and reserve it.
  7. In a pan with hot oil, fry the onion and pepper cut into small cubes until soft.

  10. Finally, add the brown rice and shredded chicken.
