- Bring a deep pot over medium heat with a little olive oil and one of the teaspoons of butter. Sauté the white onion cut into small squares.

- Add the rice and stir with the help of a spoon so that it is soaked in the fat from the preparation until the grains begin to become transparent.
- Add the chicken broth and if you want a little milk cream so that our preparation is creamy.
