Rice is an important and fundamental cereal in our weekly diet, it is recognized and cooked anywhere in the world. - Reserve the precooked broad beans, peel and chop the onion and garlic finely. You can do this step with a chopper or by hand.

- Let these ingredients sauté for 3 minutes, then add the paprika and cumin and mix everything together.

- Add the beans and let it boil for 2 more minutes.
- At the peak of boiling, add the rice and salt to taste. It is important that the rice is grassed from minute 0 so that the grain remains at its point, neither raw nor past.
- Add a few mint leaves if you want to add a touch to the beans with very aromatic and tasty rice.
- Stir everything at this time so that the flavors mingle and let it continue cooking over medium heat, without stirring under any circumstances.

- The rice with beans will take approximately 20 minutes to cook.
- It is important that after this cooking you turn off the heat and cover the pan to let it rest for 5 minutes.
