Ingredients to make Choco al Triqui:
- 1 pc. chocolate (of 1 kilo)
- 400 gr. fried tomato
- 3 cloves garlic
- 20 ml olive oil
- 20ml vinegar
How to make Choco al Triqui:
- The cuttlefish is cooked in water and salt, chopped and set aside.
- Mix the tomato, garlic, oil and vinegar in a blender.
- The sauce is heated to serve with the Choco.
