Ingredients to make homemade energy bars without oven:
- 140 grams of oat flakes
- 12 pitted dates
- 60 grams of melted coconut oil
- 1 handful of macadamia nuts
- 50 grams of dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
How to make homemade energy bars without oven:
- Prepare all the ingredients for the homemade oatmeal bars. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave.
- Place the dates, macadamia nuts, coconut oil, and oats in the blender. Blend until all ingredients are well incorporated.
