How to make Oven Roasted Peppers:

  1. Before making this healthy recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready
  2. In a refractory pan, place the pepper in the oven at 250 degrees C, for 15 minutes until it is roasted, immediately place it in a plastic bag, close it and wait for it to cool, carefully remove the skin and cut into thin strips.
  3. In a pan with plenty of olive oil, cook the finely chopped garlic over very low heat for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the pepper and mix very well, rectify the flavor with salt and pepper.
  5. Finally add the finely chopped parsley and mix; at this point the roasted peppers will be ready.
  6. Serve the peppers and accompany with slices of toasted bread, they can be eaten hot or cold, if desired they can be kept in the fridge in a glass container, over time they will have a more intense flavor
