How to make Quinoa Stuffed Zucchini:
- The first thing we have to do to make this quinoa- stuffed zucchini is to wash this pseudo cereal abundantly with water several times and then place it in a pot with twice as much water.
- Bring the quinoa to a boil and once it starts to boil, cook it for about 15 minutes.
