How to make Moroccan ratatouille:
- We gather all the ingredients to make the Moroccan ratatouille.
- In a pan we put a little olive oil and fry the onion and green pepper cut into squares.
- We also add the whole peeled garlic. Let it brown over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add the sliced carrot and the aborigine cut into medium pieces, in the shape of a crescent.
- We season. Let cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the peeled and diced tomatoes.
- Add a little more salt and let them cook for 5 minutes. Add the cumin, cinnamon and cardamom.
