Ingredients to make baked pumpkin Milanese:

  • 1 unit of pumpkin or squash
  • 150 grams of breadcrumbs (or breadcrumbs)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup rolled oats (or flakes)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make baked pumpkin Milanese:

  1. The first step to make the pumpkin Milanese’s recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
  2. Cut the pumpkin into slices approximately 1 centimeter thick and remove the shell that covers it.
