  • 2 pieces of Artichokes
  • 1 splash of olive oil

How to make artichokes with lemon in the microwave:

  1. The first thing we must do to prepare the artichokes in the microwave is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2.  We have chosen to include olive oil to give an extra touch of flavor to the recipe, but if you prefer to omit this ingredient you can do so.
  3. Now that we have everything ready, let’s get started! First, we clean the artichokes well, cut the stem of each one of them and discard it.
