Ingredients to make mashed potatoes with tuna and egg:

  • 6 potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • Toilet
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 splash of vinegar
  • 1 pinch of ground parsley
  • mayonnaise to taste

How to make mashed potatoes with tuna and egg:

  1. First of all, put water in a pot to boil with a little vinegar, two pinches of salt and a little ground parsley.
  2. Peel the potatoes and add them to the pot together with the two previously well-washed eggs, although if you prefer you can cook the eggs separately.
  3. The potatoes and eggs are kept for about an hour, until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
  4. When they are tendered, they are divided into small pieces and distributed among two plates.
  5. The eggs are peeled, cut into small pieces and also divided into both plates. Finally, a can of canned tuna is added to each dish
  6. Mix the potatoes, eggs and tuna.
  7.  This mixture is seasoned for your personal taste. One option can be with oil, salt and parsley and another could be only with mayonnaise.
  8. You can serve these mashed potatoes with tuna and egg at dinner time or as a garnish and don’t hesitate to add the extras you want, such as peas, cheese or corn
