  • 30 grams of sugar-free chocolate
  • 1 egg mold number 8

How to make Sugar Free Easter Eggs:

  1. The first step in making sugar-free Easter eggs is to prepare the molds.
  2. When you have them completely clean, pass a napkin with alcohol to make sure they are not greasy, on the contrary, the chocolate will stick.
  3. Melt the chocolate. To do this, you can use the microwave by heating it for 1 minute at minimum power in a suitable container.
  4. If you prefer, you can do it in a water bath. In that case, arrange the chocolate in one container over another on a stove with boiling water, without letting it come into contact with it.
  5. Stir constantly until melted.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over one of the molds and move so that the entire surface is covered with the chocolate.

  9. Then let it cool to room temperature if the weather is cold. If it’s hot, you should book in the fridge.
  10. Carefully unmold the sugar-free chocolate eggs and transfer them to a hot roasting pan so that the edges melt
  11. You can heat the eggs over an electric toaster or over a pot of hot water.
  12. Join two halves to form the egg.
  13. Add the melted chocolate into a sleeve. Next, arrange it inside a glass to facilitate the filling and place it well.
  14. Decorate the eggs, especially the edges to clean them up and make some decorations if you wish.
