Ingredients to make Baked Sea Bass:
- 4 sea bass
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 glass of oil
- 1 lemon
- salted
- Pepper
- 1 sprig of parsley
How to make Baked Sea Bass:
- Clean the fish and wash them. Dry them. Place them in a baking dish seasoned with salt and pepper and water them with oil.
- Place the tray in the oven until the sea bass is golden brown. During cooking, water them once or twice with their juice. Peel the garlic, chop it and add it in the last few minutes.
- Once out of the oven, decorate the sea bass with the chopped parsley. Accompany this dish with steamed and oven-roasted potatoes, at the same time as the fish.
