Ingredients to make Baked Sea Bass with Lemon:

  • 4 sea bass fillets or 2 whole sea bass
  • 1 onion
  • 3 lemons
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small glass of white wine
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • Salt to taste

How to make Baked Sea Bass with Lemon:

  1. To start preparing the baked sea bass with lemon, lime the tray where you will bake the sea bass with baking paper and add a little salt and olive oil.
  2. Cut the onions into slices, as well as the pepper, and cut the garlic into tiny pieces. Put them on the tray. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180ºC.
  3. Squeeze the lemons and reserve the juice to later add it to your baked sea bass with lemon.
