  • 4 pieces of salmon loin
  • 1 orange
  • ½ cup of fresh orange juice
  • 1 onion
  • ½ Orange (zest)
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Baked Salmon with Orange and Honey:

  1. The first step to prepare this rich recipe for orange salmon will be to gather all the ingredients. Keep in mind that we will need a total of two oranges, one we will leave whole and the other we will obtain the zest and juice.
  2. To start cooking we take the pieces of salmon and place them in the oven tray, you can use the tray directly or a refractory mold. Season the fish very well to enhance the flavor.
  3. Besides, finely chop the onion. If you like to feel the onion, you can cut it into fine julienne strips, although we have preferred to cut it into brunoised.
  4. Now we take the onion and put it in a bowl. Right there we pour the orange juice, honey and orange zest, mix perfectly.
  5. We bathe the salmon with this mixture and then, we cut the other orange that we have into slices. Place the slices on the fish and cook in the oven preheating to 190ºC for 15-20 minutes.
