Ingredients to make baked salmon with lemon and white wine:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 potatoes
- 2 onion
- 2 green peppers
- 2 lemons
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 handful of dried or fresh parsley
- olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
How to make baked salmon with lemon and white wine:
- The first thing we have to do to prepare this baked salmon with lemon and white wine is to preheat the oven to 200º C and peel and cut the potatoes into slices.
- Then, in a baking tray, add a jet of oil and place the potato slices in the bottom of the dish as a bed for the salmon in white wine. It has given me to make 2 layers of potatoes so you have to season the 2 and put a little oil on top again. Then we put the tray in the oven and cook the potatoes for approximately 20-30 minutes.
- While the potatoes are cooking, clean and cut the peppers and onion into slices as well. And also, we prepare a cicada with the peeled garlic, the parsley, the white wine and a little more oil. You can grind the baked salmon mince with lemon and potatoes with a blender or a food processor.
- Once the potatoes are starting to brown, we take them out of the oven and place the slices of pepper and onion on top. Season with salt and pepper again, add a little more oil and put the salmon garnish back in the white wine in the oven for 20-30 more minutes.
- Once the salmon vegetables are cooked in the oven, with the help of a spoon we season them with the minced garlic, parsley, white wine and oil that we had. Then we put the salmon loins on top and cut the lemons into slices. Place the lemon slices on top of the fish as seen in the image and season again on top with the cicada.
- We put the salmon in the oven with lemon and white wine and cook it between 15 and 20 minutes until the fish is cooked. If you want, you can sprinkle a little coarse salt on top of the plate, but we didn’t think it was necessary.
