Baked salmon recipe with lemon cream

In this recipe we are going to make a delicious baked salmon with a lemon cream, which you will be able to enjoy on any special occasion or for dinner. Stay and follow the step by step to learn how to prepare this salmon recipe.

Ingredients to make baked salmon with lemon cream:

  • 5 fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon fresh butter
  • 2 glasses of Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 3 pieces of lemons
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make Baked Salmon with Lemon Cream:

  1. The first step to make the recipe for salmon with creamy lemon sauce is to prepare the ingredients.
  2. We are going to marinate the salmon fillets. To do this, take a bowl, add the fillets, add the mustard, garlic paste, oregano, white wine, lemon juice and black pepper to taste. Take the container to the fridge or refrigerator for about an hour.
  3. Now we are going to make the creamy sauce. To make it, take a container, add the juice of the other two lemons, oregano, the Greek yogurt and the lemon zest. Mix the ingredients well until they are integrated.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on aluminum foil, brushing with a little butter, to cook them en papillae. Ideally, cook each fillet individually.
  5. Spoon the creamy sauce generously on top of the salmon fillets.
  6. Carefully wrap each of the salmon fillets, covering them entirely with the aluminum foil. Preheat the oven to 150ºC and cook the salmon with lemon for approximately 30-40 minutes. Ideally, our preparation should be juicy.
  7. Once that time has elapsed in the oven, remove the fillets from the aluminum foil and serve the salmon in a hot creamy lemon sauce. We advise you to accompany this dish with mashed potatoes, as it is really delicious.
