- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 unit of Lemon
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Herbs de Provence
How to make Baked Salmon with Lemon:
- We prepare all the ingredients that we will need for baked salmon with lemon: a medium-sized salmon fillet, lemon, olive oil, salt and Provencal herbs. Meanwhile, we preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- In a baking tray we put a drizzle of olive oil and the Provencal herbs. We clean the salmon by removing the bones and place it on the same tray.
- Next, we cut the lemon into slices and place it on top of the salmon. Make sure that the slices are more or less thick, in this way they will give off more flavor during the easy and fast cooking of salmon in the oven.
