Ingredients to make Baked Salmon Papillote:

  • 400 grams of Salmon
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 20 grams of Dill
  • 1 unit of Lemon
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Baked Salmon Papillote:

  1. Ready all the ingredients.
  2. Lightly melt the butter and mix with the finely chopped dill, the macerated garlic, a few drops of lemon, salt and pepper until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  3. Put the butter on plastic wrap to form a garlic and dill butter roll.
  4. Form a cylinder; take to the fridge for 15 minutes until the butter hardens.
  5. After this time, arrange the salmon on aluminum foil, season with salt and pepper and put a slice of butter on it.
  6. Wrap the salmon with aluminum foil in the form of an envelope, making sure that all sides are well closed. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve the baked salmon papillote and open when eating so that the heat is preserved.
