- 400 grams of Salmon
- 50 grams of butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 20 grams of Dill
- 1 unit of Lemon
- 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
How to make Baked Salmon Papillote:
- Ready all the ingredients.
- Lightly melt the butter and mix with the finely chopped dill, the macerated garlic, a few drops of lemon, salt and pepper until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Put the butter on plastic wrap to form a garlic and dill butter roll.
- Form a cylinder; take to the fridge for 15 minutes until the butter hardens.
- After this time, arrange the salmon on aluminum foil, season with salt and pepper and put a slice of butter on it.
- Wrap the salmon with aluminum foil in the form of an envelope, making sure that all sides are well closed. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
