  • 2 large rooster fillets
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
  • Julienne vegetables (whatever you want)
  • virgin olive oil
  • Oregano

How to make Baked Rooster Fillet:

  1. Cut the onion into slices to completely cover a glass container suitable for the oven.
  2. We put the fish once seasoned covering the onion.
  3. We add our seasonings: oregano and ground pepper; the latter will depend on how spicy you like the baked bug fillets with vegetables.
