How to make Ricotta and Orange Tart:

  1. Mix all the ingredients of the dough for your ricotta and orange tart in a bowl.
  2. Gun a smooth bun, without kneading too much. Cover it and let it rest for a few minutes.
  3. On the other hand, mix the ingredients of the filling without including the egg or cornstarch. Taste it and correct the taste if necessary.
