How to make easy and delicious Baked Hake:
- The first thing we are going to do to prepare this easy and delicious baked hake is to put the wine, oil, shredded stock cube, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in a glass and mix with a teaspoon (about if we were stirring in coffee sugar) so that everything is well mixed.
- Tip: You can also add a splash of lemon juice.
- Place the hake fillets in a bag suitable for the oven and pour the contents of the glass. We close the bag and shake so that all the fillets are bathed in the mixture

- Tip: I use frozen hake fillets without skin or bones and I put them directly frozen in the bag. If they are not frozen they will take much less time to make.
- Remove the hake fillets from the oven and serve. Be careful when opening the bag that a lot of very hot steam comes out.
- We can accompany this easy and delicious baked hake with a potato salad for example and we will have a healthy and healthy meal ready in no time.
- Tip: The juice that remains in the bag of low-calorie baked hake can be used to bake other fish or strained to remove the remains of parsley as a base for some broth.
