- ½ kilogram of fish fillet
- 1 unit of Lemon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 kilogram of potatoes
- 1 jet of Oil
How to make Baked Fish Fillet with Potatoes:
- Prepare the ingredients to make the baked fish fillet recipe.
- Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into medium cubes.
- Boil them for 3 minutes to soften them a bit.
- Then take them to a strong oven on a plate with oil.
- Turn around so they brown evenly.
- Wash the fish and season it with lemon, salt and pepper. Bake it in a strong oven for 20 minutes. It should be browned only on one side, so the steak will be fully cooked and not dry.
- OPTIONAL: If we like it, prepare a quick Creole sauce with finely chopped tomato, onion, peppers and garlic and heat it together with the potatoes.
