Ingredients to make Baked Dorada without potatoes:
- 4 Gilthead servings
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon
- Parsley
- olive oil
How to make Baked Dorada without potatoes:
- Place the tomato and onion cut into thin slices on a baking tray, on top we place the clean inside but whole gilthead bream.
- We make a couple of cuts on the back and there we introduce some lemon slices, and season them with salt and parsley.
- Next, we add the olive oil and put them in the oven at 180ºC.
- After 15 minutes it will be roasted, although it depends on its size.
- We serve accompanied by a garnish of roasted tomato and onion with the sea bream.
