  • 2 gold
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 piece of pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 jet of Oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 splash of Wine
  • 1 bunch of Parsleys

How to make Baked Dorada with lemon and potatoes:

  1. To make this baked fish dish, the first thing we have to do is prepare a suitable tray for the oven, covering the bottom with a drizzle of oil.
  2. We take advantage and turn on the oven at 200 ºC to preheat.
  3. On the kitchen table we prepare the vegetables. Wash and cut the potato into thin slices, the onion and the lemon while we cut the pepper into julienne strips.
  4. We place the potatoes together with the onion and the peppers in the oven tray, in that order forming a bed. Season with a little salt and a dash of white wine.
  5. We put inside and cook for about 25-30 minutes heat up and down.
  6. While the vegetables are being prepared, prepare the golden ones. To do this we put some salt and the garlic cloves in a mortar. We crush well and add oil and parsley, we move that mixture and we spread with this all the inside of the fish.
  7. Then we make some transversal cuts to the sea bream, as taught in the fried sea bream recipe and there we put a pinch of salt and the lemon slices. Then we put a little more of the mixture of parsley oil, salt and garlic on top.
  8. Once the cooking time for the vegetables is over, when the potatoes are done, we place the fish on the bed of roasted vegetables and cook in the oven for about 15 minutes.
