Ingredients to make anchovies with pasta:
- 350 gr of anchovies
- 200 gr of crushed tomato
- fennel leaves
- 200 grams of pasta
- oil
- 1 chili
- 1 garlic
How to make anchovies with pasta:
- lean the anchovies by removing the head, spine and tail; rinse and dry them.
- In a frying pan, brown a chili pepper and a clove of garlic in 4 tablespoons of olive oil remove them and add the crushed tomato.
- When it first boils, add the anchovies, season with salt and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Shortly before serving, add a few fennel leaves.
