Ingredients to make all cremat (Burnt Garlic):
- Fish such as monkfish, spider, rat or any other fish that you like
- two medium potatoes
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 or 3 garlic sliced
- a little black pepper
How to make all cremat (Burnt Garlic):
- In a container not very low, heat a dl of olive oil.
- Put the garlic to brown.
- When they are almost golden.
- Add the tomato. When everything is a little golden.
- Add the water.
- When it starts to boil, add the seasoned fish.
- When it boils again, cook the fish for 3 or 4 minutes.
- Put the potatoes cut into small cubes and cook for another 3 or 4 minutes, moving the casserole by the handles.
- With all this an emulsion will be formed and it will be about to serve.
