Ingredients to make white pot mole:

  • 1 kilogram of Beef in large pieces
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 2 pieces of corn
  • 2 pieces of Chayote
  • 2 pieces of Carrot
  • 1 cup of green beans
  • 2 pieces of Pumpkin
  • 2 cups of Cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon of beef consommé powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make white pot mole:

  1. In the following image you can see the ingredients that we will need to prepare this rich white pot mole.
  2. We are going to start this preparation by taking the pieces of beef and seasoning them completely. Once ready, let them rest for a moment.
  3. Once the meat is ready, place it in a saucepan with boiling water, let it cook over high heat for 20 minutes and add a clove of garlic and a piece of onion to the water.
  4. On the other hand, we perfectly slice all the vegetables and place them in a saucepan with enough boiling water. Let them cook for 10 minutes adding a pinch of salt. Once this time has passed, we remove them from the water.
  5. Once all the vegetables of the white pot mole are cooked, we add them to the saucepan with the meat and let all the ingredients finish cooking together, and we also add the powdered beef consommé and a pinch of salt.
  6. Once the meat is cooked, our white pot mole will be ready. Serve it hot accompanied by some delicious corn tortillas.
