  • 350 milliliters of condensed milk
  • 350 milliliters of whipping cream or heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of soluble coffee
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

How to make quick and easy coffee mousse:

  1. We prepare the ingredients in advance to make the coffee mousse faster.
  2. The cream or milk cream must be very cold, so if necessary it is put in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl we put the condensed milk, the whipping cream and a tablespoon of soluble coffee (Nescafé type). Now we only put a spoonful but later we will add depending on the intensity that we want to provide to the dessert.
  4. Whip the cream with a few rods until it looks like a whipped cream.
  5.  Once achieved, we try coffee and if we like it stronger we add more soluble coffee.
  6. Tip: If we use electric whisks, the coffee mousse will be assembled faster.
  7. We leave the mixture in the bowl, or we put it in a pastry bag, and we reserve in the fridge or in the freezer.
  8.  If we keep the preparation in the freezer, we will have to take it out about 10 minutes before tasting the coffee mousse in small glasses.
  9. When serving, we put a part of the coffee cream in a glass with the help of the pastry bag.
