  • 500 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 1 potato
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 8 fresh chanterelles
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 2 tablets of vegetable or vegetable broth (diluted in a liter of hot water)
  • 1 teaspoon minced rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil

1 Peel and cut the potato by snapping it into approximately 6 pieces, chop the pepper into cubes, peel the garlic and cut it into slices and peel the onion and cut it into cubes as well. If you prefer, you can grate the onion and garlic if you don’t want bits in your food.
