- 250 grams of white quinoa
- 3 tablespoons of panda chili paste
- 2 dessert spoons of ground garlic
- 1 red onion
- ½ carrot
- 1 handful of peas
- 2 yellow potatoes
- 100 grams of fresh cheese
- 1 splash of vegetable oil
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 handful of beans
- salt, pepper and cumin
How to make Spicy Quinoa:
- To start with the easy spicy quinoa recipe, you must first soak the quinoa for a couple of hours and then wash it until a kind of foam stops coming out.
- Trick: this step will make you eliminate the siphoning that the quinoa contains, this is a toxin with a bitter taste.
- The key to this dish is to make a good dressing. For this reason, heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the red onion previously chopped into small squares for 2 minutes. Then add the minced garlic and fry for 2 more minutes.
