Lentils with dried mushrooms recipe

Ingredients to make Lentils with Dried Mushrooms:

  • 400 grams of lentils
  • 180 grams of dried mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 60 cc of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 800 cc of warm water

How to make Lentils with Dried Mushrooms:

1.Soak the lentils overnight in plenty of cold water.

2.Also soak the dried mushrooms in separate containers.

3.Finely chop the onion until golden brown.

4.Add the chopped mushrooms and tomatoes.

5.Add the tomato sauce and paprika.

6.Then add the lentils and warm water.

7.Let it continue cooking over low heat with the pot partially covered until all the liquid evaporates and the lentils are soft.
