Ingredients to make the original Farinas:
- ¼ kg Of flour
- 1 liter of water
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 slices of bread
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 150 gr. of bacon
How to make the original Farinas:
- The garlic is peeled and cut into slices.
- The bacon is cut into small strips
- The slices of bread from the previous day are cut into squares.
- Put the garlic, the bacon and the squares of bread in a frying pan with olive oil and brown them slightly.
- When they are golden, they are removed and reserved on a separate plate.
- Then, in the same pan, add 1 liter of water and when it starts to boil, add salt and slowly add the flour, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Let it cook more or less for ¼ h. without burning.
- Then, add the garlic, bacon and bread that we had fried to the flour and stir well. Let everything cook together for another 5 minutes.
