- bread (loaf or round bread)
- cart-mini chorizo
- peppers
- bacon
- blood sausage
- garlic
- Salt
How to make Delicious Montego Micas:
- We make bread crumbs; it has to be from one day to the next.
- And we soak them with water; I mean add a few drops of water.
- We chop the bacon and the chorizo very small, and the garlic, fry them (both) and set them aside.
- Then we take the bread and fry it in circles together with the paprika and add salt.
- When it is toasted, we add the chunks of meat that we have set aside and continue turning until they are loose and golden, then eat.
