Ingredients to make Ostrich Stew with Broth and Mushrooms:
- For 4 people:
- 800 gr of lean Ostrich
- A slice of almonds
- pinions
- and bread
- Two glasses of broth (from cubes or homemade)
- dried mushrooms
How to make Ostrich Stew with Broth and Mushrooms:
- Cut the lean meat into cubes.
- Season with salt and pepper and pass (very little) through the pan, with a little olive oil.
- Cover with broth until it starts to boil, cover and lower the heat.
- Let cook for half an hour.
- Add the dried mushrooms (previously passed through the frying pan) and the minced mushrooms.
- Stir so it doesn’t stick, cook for five more minutes and let stand.
